These theoretical GD calcs do not take into account the known relationships and which markers differ from the modal for "clump 2" only for specific lines. Doing so would remove 2 from F-11's GD2 as only he, over all the Lineage 1 tested FAIRBAIRNs to date has differing values for 385b (15 rather than 16) and 481 (25 rather than 24), so these two have to logically be representative of his specific line, making his ancestor most likely to also be an exact match to LE(F-31)'s ancestor. |
